Room service was inefficient, the food in the restaurant, especially your signature chicken burger was extremely disappointing.

We enjoyed a tasty breakfast at the restaurant. the location here is great-right in the heart of everything, plus it's a nice bonus to be within walking distance to an underground station. There are also coffee shops and bars close by, all just a short stroll away! ☕.

Nothing except for the location
From the time of arrival to departure it was a disaster. No airport pick up arranged, even though i reconfirmed it with staff Room was prepared for single guest only. Mini Bar was empty and had to restocked on request Wi-FI was available but the signal were crappy, it took IT staff 3 hours to fix up and thereafter everytime i wanted to connect had to call IT staff for assistance.

Our experience at Bristol was awful. There was a discotheque in the hotel which blasted music till late in the night due to which we could not sleep till late in the night. There was no heater in the room so we slept in 18c temperature through out the night which was extremely uncomfortable. We had to change rooms 3 times in 2 night unfortunately. Very poor service and very uncomfortable stay. Will not recommend to anyone.

We discovered a restaurant, Haldiram Bhujiawala, just a short walk away from here and it was exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely Experience
During our recent stay at a hotel in Gurgaon, we were really surprised by the unique upside-down layout of the hotel. It added a playful touch to our stay and made for an interesting conversation starter. The location was excellent, right in the heart of central Gurgaon, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, while slightly old-fashioned in terms of décor, were comfortable and of a high standard. The 24-hour restaurant offered amazing views of the city centre and served a delicious and extensive breakfast spread. The staff were the true highlight of our stay. They were consistently friendly, cute, and ready to assist with any request. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited room service options and occasional issues with amenities, our overall experience at this hotel was really good. We would gladly recommend it to others and would happily return in the future.

Good Location, Comfortable Rooms, Free Breakfast
Spent xmas at this hotel. Liked that it was located conveniently near a metro station and major attractions. The rooms were comfortable with free breakfast. enjoyed the nice view from the hotel's large windows.
Disliked the poor service from the hotel staff and the dirty state of the rooms. The cleaning crew did not do a good job and the room amenities were not properly replenished.

Our recent stay in Gurgaon was enjoyable, with two standout features being the helpful staff and convenient location. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to fulfill our requests. the hotel was situated in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.
Our experience was soured by some negative aspects of the hotel. the room itself was in need of some updates and repairs, with some furniture looking worn and outdated.
